been doing quite alotta work lately.lik tryin so hafta finish all dose stufs i hafta finish.
whereas i used to push it til da v last min to do it last time.guess its time to chg mai style of doing things.results were mai alarm clock.

bud da thing is dat u dun getta learn anything out of ur bks n u wil become reali froggy welly after long period of time..deh isnt great challlenge in it too.guess im offending many ppl in da sector.bud neways.its freedom of speech.sometimes i wish i cld stay in sch forever den i can b blocked out fr da wad seems to b quite scary world out deh! bud i noe dis is lik bldg sandcastles in de air.being involve in dis society is an inevitable thing.

i read an article in ST abt da nkf issue.something worth a penny of thoughts.its an article in favour of da nkf n tt da writer wil continue donating to da organisation.
she raised quite alot of relevant points.
she says tt durai's salary is nt a small sum, bud its nt criminally high for someone running an org. wif reserves of 260m n annual donations of 60m. i kind of agree to dis,cus i mean.da org has to gif a percentage of income for da ceo isnt?bud wod we can question n criticise is y the org has so much reserves when its nt reali that neccessary. she argued that since the board agrees to the perks given to durai, he has the right to make use of them. so here, we can question y he has such over-generous perks which are somwhat too unreasonable and also, nt neccessary.
and she concluded the point with a witty remark- we shldnt expect those hu work in non-profit org to go ard cap in hand, adopting a deferential attitude of mock humility.
furthermore, she commented on da obiang-ness of the gold tap but i feel that this is really personal and too subjective. for durai hu, being in pole position is nt easy. he is the lightning rod of all criticisms. she also says that nkf, tho is non-profit, but donors muz understand that it can be run lik a coporation and still have heart. i agree to that. i guess its the fact that nkf grew too fast without the ppl's acknowledgment that resulted in the whole long saga..
